Are the products produced in Nepal? 

SamOira is developed in partnership with trusted manufacturers and researchers in China, with a strong focus on creating skincare that works for South Asian skin. While our research team operates from China, the brand’s vision and design are proudly rooted in Nepal.

How can I check my order? 

You can check your order status by logging into your SamOira account and visiting the “My orders” section. You'll see real-time updates for each purchase.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also find tracking information under My orders in your account.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit our Shipping & Returns page or contact our customer service at info@samoira.com or xxxxxxxxxx

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Cash on delivery (only through our website), eSewa, Khalti, Visa, and Mastercard.

When will my account be charged? 

Your account will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed and confirmed. If you opted for cash on delivery, you will be charged when your order is delivered and received by you.

Can I remove a saved payment method? 

Yes! You can remove saved payment methods by going to your account settings under "Payment Option". Simply select the method you’d like to delete and follow the prompts.

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Delivery time within Nepal is usually 3-7 business days, depending on your location. International delivery times may vary by destination and custom processing. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location. You'll see available options at checkout.

Where can I buy SamOira online and in-person? 

SamOira is available exclusively through our Official Website and select authorised retailers to find a store near you.

Do you ship all over Nepal? 

Yes! We offer delivery to major cities and regions across Nepal. Remote areas delivery may take a little longer.

How to change my shipping address? 

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can update your shipping address by logging into your account or contacting our support team at info@samoira.com or xxxxxxxxxx. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.

My order is missing an item, what should I do? 

We're sorry about that! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item. We'll resolve it quickly.

My delivered item(s) are damaged, what should I do? 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@samoira.com with photos of the item(s) and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

You qualify for free standard shipping when your order total is above xxx. Free shipping thresholds may vary by location or promotion.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy? 

We offer refunds on eligible products returned within x days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once the returned produt has been received and inspected.

Do you have any exchange policy? 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. 

Can I cancel or change an order? 

You can request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped, and we won’t be able to make changes.

How do I create an account? 

Creating an account is simple! You can find it in the menu bar in the user icon. Enter your details, and click Create Account. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is set up.

Do I need my email address and phone number to create an account? 

Yes, we require a valid email address to create your account and send order updates. A phone number is not required for confirmation but it is required for delivery updates and customer support.

I forgot my password!! 

No worries! On the login page, Enter your registered email address and we’ll send you OTP to re-open your id.
