SamOira is Nepal's premium vegan skincare brand- built for South Asian skin, tones, and climates. We are growing fast and looking for driven, people-first individuals to join our field team and take SamOira directly to the shelves and customers who need it most.

As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of SamOira on the ground. You will visit shops, build relationships with retailers, and help bring Nepal's first clean beauty brand into the hands of real people. This is an opportunity to be part of building something Nepal has never seen before.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You Will Do

● Visit retail outlets, pharmacies, parlours, and shops on a daily basis
● Introduce SamOira products to shop owners and help them understand the brand story
● Build genuine, lasting relationships with shopkeepers and customers
● Ensure products are properly displayed and available in every store you visit
● Work toward daily and monthly sales targets — and celebrate when you hit them
● Gather honest feedback from customers and bring it back to the team
● Maintain simple, accurate records of daily visits, sales, and activities
● Coordinate with the team on orders, deliveries, and on-ground support
● Represent SamOira with professionalism, warmth, and pride

What We Are Looking For
● Someone with energy, honesty, and a genuine desire to learn- experience can be taught, but attitude cannot
● Comfortable walking into shops and starting conversations with store owners
● Owns a motorcycle or has reliable daily transport for field visits
● Basic smartphone skills for order submission and daily reporting
● Punctual, self-organised, and trustworthy
● Prior experience in field sales or FMCG is a plus — but not required
