Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage SamOira’s day-to-day business operations and priorities.

● Monitor sales, customer orders, inventory, and product availability.

● Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, Product, and Operations teams.

● Follow up with retailers, distributors, marketplaces, and other business partners.

● Support the execution of campaigns, product launches, promotions and seasonal bundles.

● Monitor customer feedback, complaints, returns and delivery-related concerns.

● Maintain accurate business records, trackers and weekly/monthly reports.

● Track and analyze basic sales, inventory and operational data to identify gaps and areas requiring attention.

● Identify operational delays or problems and coordinate timely solutions.

● Ensure assigned tasks have clear owners, deadlines and proper follow-up.

● Support management in implementing operational priorities and improving day-to-day processes.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.

● 3–4 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales coordination, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer products or a related role.

● Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, retail or consumer brands is preferred.

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

● Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing and hands-on business environment.
